Mental Health Counseling
Anne Marie is a licensed professional mental health counselor. Over the years she has worked with adolescents and adults with addiction issues in both outpatient and inpatient settings as a licensed addiction counselor. Her valued experience also includes working at a behavioral hospital, a college counseling center, schools and for the last decade a rural community mental health center.
Anne Marie is intensively trained and specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), leading groups and individual sessions. Anne Marie is passionate about mindfulness and an embodied experience as a way to address anxiety, depression and trauma.
