Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy combines mindfulness, breath, movement and yoga postures to enter into the present moment. Taking time to be with yourself, just as you are, is the beginning of the transformative experience. Yoga therapy creates space as you explore your relationship with your body, mind and spirit. No previous yoga experience needed.

My interest in yoga therapy began after I attended a conference on how the body holds trauma. I was inspired to offer my clients a more embodied experience, to be one with themselves; to be in the present moment, with what is. Anxiety, depression, and trauma are felt emotional experiences in the body and need to be addressed through the body.

If you are longing for a deeper sense of self, if the word ‘transformation’ resonates with you, if you need space to rest with what is, I would love to offer you a yoga therapy session. Contact me with any questions!
