Meet Anne Marie
I am a licensed mental health therapist. I work primarily with adolescents and adults, using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address emotions and ineffective thoughts. I support my clients to gain a deeper awareness and acceptance of themselves. As a yoga therapist, I journey with people as they gain self awareness of their body, mind and spirit.
