In this group, learn ways to make yourself a priority and take care of yourself in a loving, compassionate way.
Becoming and Being
This group includes breathwork, mindfulness, body practices and meditation to address trauma and stress, exploring the mind-body connection
All groups are one hour long, $50 per session and last 6-8 weeks. Reach out to register for the next group session!
Silent Days
Come join with friends and community in communal silence to renew yourself in a deeper way.
The afternoon holds space for 4 hours of silence. Also offered: yoga, meditation each hour, mindfulness walk, and the option to share experiences with others at the end of the day.
Suggested Donation $150

Mindful Months
Held on the last Saturday of the month: Take time to be with all that has happened this month.
Events, Appointments, Work, Social, Family, Emotions, Highs and Lows, Physical, Spiritual… a lot can happen in a month!
Through meditation, prayer and rest, explore and honor these moments.
Held on the First Sunday of the month: Set intention and goals for the upcoming month.
Following your inner wisdom and guidance, what life areas do you need to be with this month? Personal, Family, Relationships, Financial, Physical, Nutrition, Spiritual.
